Support Us
We have the passion and skills to share, but we rely on our partners to support our candidates on their journey. If you’re committed to a sustainable future where women excel at sea and are celebrated for their leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
Become a Sponsor
Help us broaden the horizon for women and girls and shape the enabling
environment for sustainable ocean stewardship.
By donating to our scholarship scheme, your support will allow a candidate from an underprivileged
background to complete the Oceanid Programme. Your generosity will change the course of a young
person’s life, and contribute to a more diverse workforce in an industry in dire needs of women
participation and diversity.
As our graduates are trained to take leadership roles in the sector, your donation will not only help them
build a future not just for themselves but also for a global community of girls who will follow in their path.

Corporate Partners

The Oceanid Programme needs “in-kind” sponsorship from yachting suppliers to
help students have the right equipment to start their learning journey and pursue
a career at sea.
As a registered social enterprise, this type of corporate sponsorship to the Women+Sea initiative offers
corporate partners an opportunity to align themselves with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals # 5
“achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls”, and SDG 14 “conserve and sustainably use
the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development”
